Due to the nature of our products all shipments leave the Barkery Monday- Wednesday to ensure your products reach there destination during the regular business week. While we cannot guarantee that your products will arrive during the week we do strive to have our products come at least 7 business days after the carrier receive your package.

While we don't use one specific carrier we do use pirate ship to obtain the best prices for shipping. Usually this is USPS or UPS.

Unlike most large dog treat companies we all of our goods to order. This ensures your dog is getting the absolute freshest product possible, and allows us to skip the preservatives that are found in other products.
